Choosing the best all in one printer
Technology is getting better all the time. This enables electrical
equipment to not only be cheaper to purchase but things are becoming a lot
smaller in size also. This can definitely be said about the all in one
printer. This type of printer combines four pieces of electrical
equipment which were beforehand purchased separately. These would be a
printer, a scanner, a photocopier and a fax machine. Before the invention
of the all in one printer, these would be separate units which would
actually take up quite a bit of room in any office. But now these are all
combined into one compact unit which takes up hardly any space at all.
There are many different manufacturers of the all in one printer, they
all vary in their specifications and prices. Canon for example, make a
very reasonably priced model which has some great features. It currently
costs around $150 and is very high quality. It can produce colour prints
of around 12 pages a minute and black-and-white ones of around 18 pages a
minute.
Dell and HP also make some great all in one printers with similar
features. Prices will always vary depending on exactly where you are
looking but you'll be amazed just how much they vary in price between High
Street stores and on the Internet. The majority of all in one printers
will all do the same job it's just that some of them will print in a
higher quality than others. It really depends what you are using your
machine for. If quality isn't too much of an issue then you will be able
to get a very reasonably priced machine very easily. Hopefully these tips
will make choosing an all in one printer easier for you and will save you
money in the long run.
